Do's and Dont's

Do's:

Gently Brush Before and After Use: Before wearing your synthetic hair extensions, carefully brush them with a detangling brush designed for extensions. After use, remove any tangles and knots gently to prevent damage.

Wash with Care: Wash your extensions in cold water with a small amount of mild shampoo. Gently swirl the extensions in the water, and then rinse thoroughly. Avoid using hot water as it can damage the synthetic fibres.

Air Dry Only: Allow your synthetic hair extensions to air dry naturally after washing. Although our fibre is heat resistant up to 180 degree, where possible avoid using heat styling tools or blow dryers to dry the hair extensions, as this could cause them to lose their shape.

Store Properly: When not in use, store your synthetic hair extensions in a clean and dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep them in their original packaging or a dedicated storage bag to prevent tangling and preserve their shape.

Trim Regularly: Just like natural hair, synthetic hair extensions can develop split ends. Trim them regularly to maintain a neat and healthy appearance.

Match Colours Carefully: When choosing hair extensions, select a colour that closely matches your natural hair. If needed, you can blend multiple shades for a more natural look.

Be Gentle During Installation: Whether using clip-in extensions, ponytails, or braids, be gentle during the installation process. Avoid pulling or tugging excessively, as it can put stress on your natural hair and the extensions.

Use Products Designed for Synthetic Hair: Choose hair care products specifically formulated for synthetic hair extensions. Regular hair products may contain harsh chemicals that can damage the synthetic fibres.

Dont's:

No Hair Dyeing or Bleaching: Synthetic hair cannot be coloured or bleached. Attempting to do so may result in irreparable damage to the extensions.

Do Not Sleep In Your Hair Extensions:  Synthetic hair extensions should always be removed, brushed and stored properly before bed.

Don't Store Your Hair Extensions Wet: Wet synthetic hair extensions can lead to tangling and matting. Make sure they are completely dry before storing them.

Avoid Swimming with Extensions: Chlorinated or saltwater can be damaging to synthetic hair extensions. They should be removed before swimming.

Don't Overwash: Washing synthetic hair extensions too frequently can lead to frizz and reduced lifespan. Follow the recommended washing frequency to maintain their appearance which is every 15-20 wears.

Don't Brush While Wet: Brushing wet synthetic hair extensions can cause breakage and damage. Always detangle them gently before washing.

By following these do's and don'ts, you can ensure that your synthetic hair extensions remain beautiful and last longer. Remember to treat them with care, and they will continue to enhance your hairstyle and look stunning for many occasions.
